A DAY AT ABC TIME
A rhythm for learning. Plenty of room for fun.
Our preschool day balances focused learning, creative activities, movement, meals, and the simple joy of playing together.

A gentle start
Doors open, followed by free play until 8:40.
8:40–9:10
Learning games & individual time
Hands-on activities and one-to-one teacher–child learning.
9:10–9:35
Circle time
Calendar, weather, songs, stories, and the theme of the week.
9:35–10:05
Snack outside
A pause to refuel and spend time together.
10:05–10:35
Art & crafts
Creative exploration and fine-motor practice outdoors.
10:35–11:35
Outdoor free play
An hour to move, imagine, and build friendships.
11:35–12:05
Music time
Songs, rhythm, and joyful participation.
12:05–12:35
Lunch outside
Time to eat and connect.
12:35–1:05
Science & sensory exploration
Hands-on experiments and discoveries outdoors.
1:15 PM
Home time
Our regular preschool day ends.
Monday–Friday · 8:15 AM–1:15 PM
Our routine reflects the weekly theme and may adjust to the children’s needs. Later pickup up to 3:30 PM is available for an additional charge; call for details.
Holiday & break schedule
ABC Time operates year-round, with planned holiday closures plus summer and winter breaks. Families receive the yearly calendar in advance so they have time to plan.
